How to craft Project CARS 2 Badge on Steam without the trading cards or Steam Market

How to craft Project CARS 2 Trading Cards
To craft these trading cards, you'll need a booster pack, and to get a booster pack, you need gems. To get gems, you need.... trading cards! It's a vicious cycle.
Have a look at this image below of SWAT (Foil) trading card for CSGO/CS2
As you can see, a Counter-Strike
Global Offensive (or CS2) trading card by the name of "SWAT (Foil)" turns into 400 gems when you turn the card into gems.
This is perfect, because if you take a look at your booster pack creator:
It takes 462 Gems to Craft 3 trading cards. So essentially, it takes 11 SWAT (Foil) cards to Craft 33 Project CARS 2 Trading Cards. Keep in mind though, that some of these Project CARS 2 trading cards will be duplicates, and some of them may be foil cards. There are no guarantees other than the fact you will receive trading cards..
I do however, advise to exercise caution in choosing which foil cards to turn into gems, which is why I have recommended these CSGO/CS2 foil cards. As of November 2024, this is the current sell supply of SWAT (Foil) cards:
As you can see, cards are running low for this particular card, but the demand is high. There are over 6000 buy orders for this card at $0.15 as of this writing.
You can purchase any CSGO/CS2 Foil cards, and they all turn into 400 gems each. That fact does not apply for other foil cards. You will need to do your due diligence on exactly which foil cards to buy and turn into gems if you are not going to follow this advice.
As for me, I currently have 11 of these CSGO/CS2 foil cards that I'm going to turn into gems as soon as I post this and index it on Google. The first Google result said it's simply not possible to create these cards, when in fact it is.
The only drawback to this method is that you can only create one booster pack per game, per day. So if you're in a hurry, you will have to utilize multiple steam accounts to craft these booster packs, or get the assistance of some trustworthy friends. Remember, there will be a 5 day trade hold cooldown on any booster pack cards that you create.
As for me, I need 7 more cards to craft one badge. I estimate it's going to take me 7 days to get all the cards I need, but it could take longer. I have the gems, I just need the booster packs! Conveniently, as I was writing this up and idling the game for the 6 card drops I have not collected, they managed to grant me a card drop (this will only work if you have card drops available)
